It’s the perfect way to enjoy more of what outback Australia has to offer and a much better option than a 24 hour bus journey or internal flight! With this tour you’ll see the best bits the top end and Red Centre have to offer. This is an active tour that is perfect for an active traveller who has a sense of adventure. During this amazing tour you’ll swim in crystal clear waters, see spectacular animals and view some truly spectacular sites. 

The Darwin Express is the best way to travel between Alice Springs and Darwin. The 2 day express trip is quick and affordable way to travel with amazing photo opportunities along the way. You will visit the Devils Marbles, Mataranka Hot Springs, Edith Falls and stay a night at the famous Daly Waters (included) with a Pub dinner included. Departing Darwin every Wednesday you’ll arrive in Alice Springs on Thursday afternoon.

The 3 Day Rock Trip leaves Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at around 6am and runs over the course three days. Day one consists of a 6 hour drive to Uluru. You will visit the Valley of the Winds at Kata Tjuta (Olgas) then enjoy the sunset over Ayers Rock. Day two includes an Uluru sunrise and Ayers Rock walk together with traditional Aboriginal Cultural Teachings.You then drive to Kings Canyon to set up camp. Day three includes a Kings Canyon rim walk and a visit to the Garden of Eden before returning back to Alice Springs. All accomodation and meals are included in this 3 day Uluru tour! It even includes a FREE camel ride!!!

One FREE night in a dorm at Haven backpackers is also included.

Day 1:
Departs Darwin at around 6am. First stop the amazing Edith Falls!! Then onto Mataranka Hot Springs and then Daly Waters where you will spend a relaxing night, enjoying the pub dinner and staying in shared motel accommodation.

Day 2:
Departs Daly Waters in the morning for the onward journey to Alice Springs stopping at The Devils Marbles and arriving in Alice Springs at around 6pm where you will spend a night in a dorm at Haven Backpackers.


Day 3: Uluru

Pick up at 6am – travel to Uluru, where after lunch we head to the Cultural Centre for an insight into the flora, fauna and the local Aboriginal people of the Red Centre. We take you on a short guided interpretive walk at the base of Uluru. We then head off to watch the spectacular Uluru sunset while enjoying a glass of bubbly with nibbles. Then it’s back to our camp to enjoy a hearty meal, a hot shower and a night under the stars.

Day 4: Kata Tjuta & Kings Canyon
Enjoy an early breakfast before watching the sunrise over Uluru, then it’s off to Kata Tjuta for a walk through the Valley of the Winds. After lunch, we travel to Kings Creek Station viewing the beautiful George Gill Range along the way. Here we enjoy an outback BBQ dinner and laughs around the campfire under the incredible outback sky. Later, get into your swags for another perfect view of the stars.

Day 5: Kings Canyon
Another early start, after breakfast taking on the spectacular Kings Canyon rim walk. We will visit the North and South walls, The Garden of Eden, as well as the Natural Amphitheatre. After this amazing walk, we hit the road starting the journey back to Alice Springs. On the way home stopping at the camel farm for a FREE camel ride. We arrive back in Alice late afternoon.

…and of course this can be done in reverse too, starting in Alice Springs and finishing in Darwin!
Pick up from all Alice Springs accommodation at 6am on Fridays March through to October.

Pick up from Mitchell Street accommodation (Darwin) at 6am every Wednesday morning. Departs March to October.
