All cancellations & refund requests must be put in writing so please fill out the form below. The more information you can provide, the quicker and easier it will be for our support team to assist you further. Whilst we normally attempt to process cancellations & refunds swiftly, situations (such as natural disasters) may result in up to 90 days processing time, due to high volume.
If you wish to cancel your tour or you are unable to make your planned trip, it is your responsibility to contact the supplier directly and let them know you are unable to make the tour. It is important that you make a note of who you spoke to and when you spoke with them.
