Booking a trip with a Greyhound travel pass can be done by managing the pass and adding trips via a My Greyhound account, or by inputting the booking number and PIN on the Manage Booking page, which will be available to you after buying the ticket. Simply type in your origin, destination, and preferred travel date into the availability search and select the trip that best suits your schedule.

Each bus is equipped with several amenities such as complimentary WiFi, USB chargers, air conditioning, reclining leather seats, and a restroom.

Upon purchase of your Greyhound bus pass, you will receive your booking number (a unique 8-digit number). This will be used to login into your pass. You can create a login and password for your booking otherwise, you will be allocated a pin number which you can use to login.

If you have commenced travel on a pass, Greyhound does not offer a refund. If you make the purchase and decide you no longer need it before you have made any trips, Greyhound offers a refund less a 10% supplier cancellation fee. This is in addition to any agent fees as per our terms and conditions.

You can login to your ‘My Greyhound’ account if you have set it up or you can use your booking number and pin number to login and delete your selected sector and rebook your new preferred one at any time up to 1 hour (subject to availability). Yes, you will be required to show your ticket (phone or paper copy is fine). You will also be asked to present an I.D that matches the name on your ticket.

If you miss your planned trip for any reason, you can still rebook yourself on to the next available bus however, you won’t receive any additional days.

Unfortunately no, you cannot sell or transfer your Greyhound bus pass to someone else. The pass must only be used by the person who’s name is on the ticket.  If you no longer need your pass you must contact Greyhound directly on 1300 473 946.

Yes, topping up your Greyhound bus pass is possible. There are several options available including 1, 3, 5 or 10 days extra. To purchase extra days you can either contact Happy Travels customer service team.
