Trip Intinerary

Condor Whitsundays Itinerary

All passengers must call/email the supplier at least 48 hours before to reconfirm your booking and complete online waiver. Contact details for the supplier will be listed on your travel voucher.
Please be advised this tour does not have a set itinerary. It’s flexible and dependent on weather tides and what your group decides.
This trip will always visit the ‘top spots’. Whitehaven Beach (Northern end and possibly the Southern end) & Hill Inlet lookout can’t be missed. On top of that, you can expect to hit up multiple snorkel locations (up to 4), adventure sailing, and bushwalks with epic views.
You’ll visit points such as:
Blue Pearl Bay: This awesome famous snorkelling spot is located on the north-western side of Hayman Island in the Whitsundays Group. Popular with tourists and locals for snorkelling, diving, and sightseeing, Blue Pearl Bay is known for its coral and fish life including resident Maori Wrasse. Day tours and overnight boats visit Blue Pearl Bay for snorkelling and or scuba diving. Visitors typically swim directly off their vessel, or pop over to the southern beach and enter the water from Coral Beach.
Cockatoo Point & Hook Island: Hook island offers spectacular surroundings and excellent snorkelling/diving sites. The second largest island in the Cumberland group, it is 58 square kilometres in size and includes sheltered, picturesque bays, deep fjord-like inlets, ideal sailing and kayaking conditions, multiple moorings, fringing reefs, secluded beach campsites, and the opportunity to see abundant wildlife including seagulls, kites, ospreys, turtles, reef fish, dolphins, manta rays, and humpback whales.
Black Island: Located 1km west of Hook Island, don your mask and snorkel and after a few steps off the island, you will enter the clear calm ocean waters. Look out for sea turtles, giant clams, colour corals, and fish as you explore the fringing coral reef.
Langford Reef: Though small in size, Langford Island is a sparkling jewel of the Whitsunday Islands chain. This pristine little getaway destination can be reached by tour boat or private vessel. The reef here contains a huge number of small fish species. Snorkellers will still find the underwater gardens that encircle the island to be fascinating ecosystems. The best snorkelling spots are found along the northern shoreline of the island, although there are several shore walls to uncover along the eastern side too.
Caves Cove: Caves Cove is mostly sheltered in a south-easterly breeze from the swell and you will not get wind bullets here like Stonehaven Bay. It’s an excellent vantage point to watch the sunset falling over the mainland coast of Australia. There is also an excellent echo if you yell something towards the island.
Butterfly Bay: Butterfly Bay is a local favourite for its excellent snorkelling and diving, protection from most wind conditions and namesake butterfly inhabitants found on the bay’s beach at certain times of the year. Butterfly Bay is a Marine National Park Green zone offering snorkelling, diving, abundant marine life, and wonderful birdlife.
Luncheon Bay: Luncheon Bay is situated on the northern side of Hook Island and features pristine coral and superb marine life. It is popular with beginner divers thanks to its easy beach entry option. Intro divers can enter the water gradually from the beach, allowing plenty of time to become accustomed to the dive gear and the water. Be sure to check out ‘the tunnel of love’, which is an underwater canyon.
Manta Ray Bay: Mantaray is undoubtedly one of the finest dive and snorkel spots in the region. Nestled away in Hook Island’s north, Mantaray Bay is a simply special spot. With thick forests and colourful coral, Mantaray Bay attracts plenty of wondrous, curious fish such as Maroi Wrasses, parrotfish, batfish, giant trevallies, coral trout, and a variety of unique and vibrant tropical fish.
As well as other top snorkel sites such as: Mackerel Bay, Peters Bay, Saba Bay, and Cateran Bay just to name a few.
Bushwalking can range from a short 30 minute walk up to a 3 hour hike.
If kicking chills is more your thing, then sunset island beach hangouts are on the cards.
In the evenings, chill on deck with the crew and your new mates, have a few drinks, stargaze, and then let the calm water gently rock you to sleep.
If you’re still looking for something to do when you hit the mainland, there is an afterparty for everyone that evening when you get back to shore.
