Orientation briefing – Get to know your crew & new mates
Set sail and cruise towards the 74 tropical islands.
Anchor up and enjoy a late afternoon swim in the crystal clear water
Chow down with evening dinner and a few drinks with the rest of the group
Jump in the 12 person jacuzzi or have a dance under the stars.
Sleep in your cabin below deck or go al fresco while you catch some Zzz’s under moonlight.

Wake up for an early start around 7am – Seize the day!
Continental buffet breakfast (including fresh breads, spreads, cereal, honey, yoghurt and a fresh fruit platter)
Set sail again – direction Whitsunday Island.
Guided bush walk through National Park to Hill Inlet Lookout. Don’t forget the camera.
Whitehaven Beach ahoy! spend time enjoying the soft silica sand, crystal clear water, and lush rainforests.
Look out for baby lemon sharks and friendly rays.
Chill out with a sunbathe and beach games
Ask the crew photographer to snap pics of your experience.
Return to vessel for freshly prepared buffet style lunch
Sail to the next destination for some snorkelling and/or diving on the fringing reefs surrounding the beautiful islands.
Keep your eyes peeled for the local wildlife
If snorkeling isn’t your thing or you just want to do everything, then don’t forget to jump on the diving board or shoot down the slides.
Enjoy another great evening meal followed by a few drinks with your group.
Put on some tunes and enjoy your final night on the boat. Make some new friends and memories for life.

Wake up early and enjoy another beautiful breakfast
Sail to the final reef location for a swim and enjoy diving boards, slides, and stand-up paddle boards.
Enjoy late-morning snacks
Set sail and head back to Airlie for an approximate 12.30pm arrival
Enjoy exclusive VIP afterparty that night with rest of your group (discount drinks & food)

Cancellations made within 14 days of departure for overnight boats will result in complete forfeiture of the ticket price.

Due to Airlie Beach being located in the tropics we can occasionally experience inclement weather.

All cruises are subject to weather and the vessel operator’s discretion. Vessel operators reserve the right to vary itineraries for safety and passenger comfort. At certain times of year ‘dangerous’ jellyfish inhabit these waters and passengers should take care for their own safety. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk and the owners or operators of the vessel will not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death or any other consequences whatsoever of passengers being stung by jellyfish. To minimise this risk, you will be provided with a full length protective ‘Stinger Suit’ to wear whilst swimming and snorkelling during the cruise. Whitsundays Sailing Adventures.com and its related bodies corporate, its officers, employees and agents are not the owner or operator of any vessel on which any passengers sail. Accordingly, it shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any injury to person or property which is suffered or sustained by any passenger as a result of participating in any of its sailing adventures, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Special Needs
Passengers travelling who have special needs including travelling with children under twelve, the elderly, passenger with mobility issues or special medical conditions need to contact Whitsunday Sailing Adventures check-in office and discuss their special needs prior to booking. Special needs need to be approved by the operator prior to booking or else boarding for the tour may be refused.

If Whitsundays Sailing Adventures have not been notified of the above, prior to our 14 day cancellation policy, you may be refused boarding, and there will be no refund as per the cancellation policy.

There is definitely no wrong way. We recommend either taking a WHIMIT or Hop on Hop off bus pass such as Greyhound or renting a campervan with some mates and hitting the open road. If you feel like getting pretty adventurous and want to get amongst the true Australian terrain, a 4WD may be better suited for you. Enquire now and we can help you find the most suitable transport option.

If you are unable to make your pre-arranged tour you will need to reach out to our support email so we can give you a helping hand. In all cases we strongly recommend having a valid travel insurance policy which covers you for unexpected cancellations.
