A few days later, you will arrive in paradise; the island of Koh Rong Sanloem with its stunning beaches and prime snorkeling. To end your trip with a bang, you will head for sunrise to the world’s largest temple, Angkor Wat.

All your activities, transport, accommodation and some meals are included in the tour, so you will mainly just need money for extra meals, drinks, shopping and onward travel. A traveller can expect to need £600 / $1200 / $750 USD spending money on top of the tour price.
Is it worth going to Vietnam & Cambodia for a week?

By joining one of our group tours we’ll fit as much into the time you have available as possible, with all the best bucket list inclusions sorted for you!
What is the best way to tour Vietnam & Cambodia?

Is this trip for me?
The accommodation ranges from local homestays to hotels and overnight trains. All are a nice standard, clean and comfortable, however the homestay is quite rural so expect some bumpy roads, western but basic amenities and more bugs and wildlife in the area. On the islands in Cambodia, the community live a more basic life, so expect more basic accommodation and less reliable infrastructure.
Vietnam is a large country, and we experience a lot of it! So expect some longer travel days, with some loud motorbike traffic in the main centres. Roads and transport in Cambodia are relatively basic, so expect some bumps on the included overnight bus and possible choppy seas on the boat to the islands. Safety is paramount however, so you have nothing to worry about.
Delicious vegetarian cuisine is plentiful in Vietnam and Cambodia, however strict gluten free and vegan options can be harder as egg and fish sauce are common ingredients. But we will do our best to provide suitable options. A wide variety of Western meals is not common, however the authentic local food is outstanding! In Cambodia, you will find plenty of western cuisine, however gluten free or vegan options are available but less common, especially in the island communities, so expect fewer options on occasion.
When should I arrive for my tour?
It’s best to arrive on the actual start date. This is when most people arrive. There are no activities on the first day but the group gets together in the evening for a welcome dinner at around 7pm. Sometimes people like to arrive a day or two before the trip starts so they can do their own exploring or just have a bit of time to chill before all the fun begins.
Are flights included in the price?
Flights to Vietnam and from Cambodia are not included in the price of the tour and will need to be booked separately. However if your tour has an internal flight as part of the itinerary, then this is included!

Our groups usually have around 12-16 people on them, usually aged between 18 to early 40’s. We get people from all over the world on our tours, so you’ll get to bond with a wide range of travellers who all share that same passion for adventure! As long as you have an appetite for adventure and are happy bonding with people of all backgrounds, you’ll fit in perfectly!

Before your trip starts we’ll put you in touch with the rest of your group so you can start chatting and get to know each other. And after the trip a lot of people continue travelling with the new friends they’ve made!
