On this incredible three day adventure, explore the best of the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians National Park. As part of a small group tour, discover the highlights of Victoria’s must see destinations, combining two tours in one and allowing you more time to take in all of the epic sights.

The world famous Great Ocean Road brings you beautiful coastal scenes, crashing waves, and incredible rock formations. Learn about the rich history of the Shipwreck Coast as you visit the 12 Apostles and the Loch Ard Gorge, which will be absolute highlights of your day. Don’t forget to lookout for koalas, kangaroos, and other native wildlife, as well as the ancient, giant trees as you head into the Great Otway National Park.

On day two and three of your journey, see the natural beauty of the Grampians National Park, the grand mountain range known for eye-catching fields of wildflowers, spectacular lookouts, and aboriginal art sites steeped in rich history. Visit Tower Hill Conservation Wildlife Reserve, placed on a dormant volcano, and observe the natural wildlife that live here. Hike beautiful trails up to some of the best lookouts the Grampians have to offer such as the Pinnacle Lookout, Boroka Lookout, Mackenzie Falls, and the Balconies. Accommodation is fully included in your trip and ranges from basic dorm-style to private rooms.

Trip Intinerary

Day 1: MELBOURNE TO GREAT OCEAN ROAD

Start your 3 day adventure travelling along the scenic Great Ocean Road, with stunning ocean views and awesome crashing waves along the way.
Stop at the Memorial Arch to get your picture with the famous Great Ocean Road sign.
Spot Koala’s and other native wildlife on your way to the charming town of Apollo Bay for a lunch stop.
Learn about the ancient flora and fauna with a guided walk in the Great Otway National Park rainforest.
Next, travel along the famous shipwreck coast to the incredible 12 Apostles to see the impressive natural limestone rock formations, an absolute highlight of your trip.
Then a short trip to the Loch Ard Gorge, famous for the 1878 shipwreck and its beautiful scenery.
Spend the night in the city of Warrnambool and get ready for another day of adventure.

Day 2: GREAT OCEAN ROAD TO THE GRAMPIANS

After breakfast, visit Tower Hill Conservation Wildlife Reserve, one of Victoria’s most fascinating geological landscapes.
Join a tour to learn about Tower Hill’s rich aboriginal history and abundant wildlife.
Hike 4.2km to the Pinnacle lookout – one of the Grampians most iconic viewpoints.
Tonight, you’ll be staying in Halls Gap and finish your day with a traditional Aussie BBQ.

Day 3: GRAMPIANS TO MELBOURNE

Start the day visiting the beautiful Mackenzie falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in Victoria.
Visit other amazing sights such as Boroka Lookout and the Balconies.
After 3 incredible days exploring the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians National park, travel back to Melbourne arriving around 5:30pm.

Do I need to reconfirm my bookings?

All bookings must be reconfirmed 48 hours in advance by contacting your tour provider directly using the contact information listed on your tour voucher.

What should i do if my trip is cancelled due to bad weather?

You may either re-schedule directly with the supplier or you can email our support team on [email protected] and include your voucher number, name of product you booked, planned departure date and your contact details. Once you’ve emailed us, you can drop us a line at +61 2 5633 1149.

Do you book tours with flexible dates? If so, how long are they valid for?

Yes, we do have open dated/flexible tickets available. Most tour vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, however please be aware that you may be subject to supplier price fluctuations. All ticket validity is specified on the tour voucher. If you are unsure of the validity of your voucher, just ask one of our wonderful staff.

What do I do if I need help with an existing booking?

Some tours have extra costs and you should be aware that there may be added expenses. These expenses will differ for each service provider, but some of the more usual extras are: EMC tax, stinger suit hire, luggage storage, sleeping bag hire, linen hire, national park fee, food, insurance, accommodation, equipment hire, petrol levy, etc. We will alert you to extra costs to the extent reasonably practicable. However, you must also check with each individual service provider when you re-confirm your booking.

Do I need travel insurance?

We endorse the recommendation of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade that all travellers take out travel insurance. If you already have travel insurance, please understand that it is your responsibility to ensure that your travel insurance covers you for all of the adventure style travel you have booked with us.

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely, we understand that paying off a big trip in one go isn’t always that easy. We offer flexible payment plans to suit all types of travellers with zero interest or fee’s (minimum $100AUD deposit required).

How do I know if my trip is BYO?

Most tour vouchers will specify if your trip is BYO however we recommend asking your tour provider if your trip is BYO when you reconfirm your booking 48 hours prior to departure.
