Arrive in Darwin any time Thursday, morning or afternoon, whatever suits your flights. Get settled into MoM Darwin and get your bearings. Thursday evening is all about Mindil Beach Sunset Market: the best sunsets in the Territory, cold drinks in hand, live music, and some of Darwin’s most iconic food stalls.
A full-day guided escape into Litchfield National Park, including a crocodile cruise through the wetlands. Swim beneath cascading waterfalls, marvel at the towering magnetic termite mounds, and soak up the lush tropical landscape just two hours south of Darwin.
Head into Crocosaurus Cove for a full-day pass packed with wildlife encounters. Catch the Big Croc Feed at 11:30am and hold a baby croc, an experience that’s hard to top. For the thrill-seekers in the group, you also have the option to upgrade to the Cage of Death, a fully submerged cage dangled into the crocodile enclosure; not for the faint-hearted!
Saturday evening, head to the Casino for sunset views from 3–7pm, then stay for the DJs and the legendary infinity pool.
Sunday is yours to spend however you like. If you prefer, the Crocosaurus Cove activities from Day 3 can also be moved to today instead.
Fancy something with a bit more adrenaline? Swing by the Happy Travels desk at MoM Darwin to book a Jet Ski on the harbour.
If you missed Mindil Beach Markets on Day 1, Sunday is your second chance to catch it, with markets running on Thursday and Sunday evenings.
Check out from MoM Darwin and make your way to the airport, carrying four days of the best the Top End has to offer.
Not ready to leave the Territory just yet? Consider extending your adventure south. Uluru & The Australian Outback are just a short flight away, and the Red Centre is a world unto itself.
PLEASE NOTE: Days 2,3 & 4 may change order due to availability.

Flights are not included.
Yes, private room upgrades at MoM Darwin are available on request. Just reach out when booking and we’ll sort the pricing difference for you.
The Dry Season (May–October) is the most popular time with lower humidity, clear skies, and ideal conditions for swimming at Litchfield.
The Wet Season (November–April) brings dramatic storms and lush landscapes, but some waterfall access and national park roads can be affected.
We run this package year-round; just ask us about current conditions if you’re travelling in the Wet.
Absolutely. The croc cruise is a fully guided, purpose-built wildlife cruise through Darwin’s wetlands. You’re on the boat, the crocs are not. The baby croc hold at Crocosaurus Cove is equally well-managed, with trained handlers present throughout.
The Cage of Death is an optional upgrade at Crocosaurus Cove where you’re lowered into a clear acrylic cage directly into the saltwater crocodile enclosure, face to face with some of the largest crocs in captivity. It’s not for everyone, but it’s genuinely unforgettable. It’s not included in the base price; you can add it on request or at the Happy Travels desk at MoM Darwin.
Yes, flights to and from Darwin are not included in the package. The itinerary is designed around a Thursday arrival and Monday departure, but we can work with different flight schedules, just let us know your arrival time when booking.
