All children must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age is 7 years old.

All customers must be comfortable in the water and able to swim 200m unassisted. If at any point during the activity, the crew members determine that snorkellers are unable to swim 200m unassisted, they will not be able to participate in the activity and will be asked to remain on the vessel. No refund will be offered. It is a requirement of the tour to be competent swimmer for snorkeling activities at the Julian Rocks Nature Reserve.

All participants must be able to swim 200m unassisted and be comfortable in the water for all tours, no exceptions. If you cannot swim 200m unassisted, will not be able to participate in the snorkeling activity and will be asked to remain on the vessel throughout the activity. No refund will be offered.
All cruises are dependent on ocean and weather conditions.
Short notice cancellations can occur due to changes in weather and sea conditions.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
All customers must fill in an electronic waiver form 24 hours prior to cruise. You will be unable to board the vessel if you have not completed the waiver form.
Participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to departure.
A safety briefing will be done, any passenger not present for the briefing will forfeit their ticket and will not be able to join the cruise.
The boat will not wait for late passengers.

A high level of fitness is required to snorkel at Julian Rocks.
All tickets purchased will be non-refundable, unless Out Of The Blue Adventures cancels the cruise due to weather/ocean conditions.
If you need to cancel your tour, you must provide 48hrs notice via phone (in opening hours) and your ticket will become a Gift Card credit valid for a period of three years.
If you give less than 48hrs notice before cruise departure, you will forfeit your money and not receive a credit.
Gift Cards are non-refundable under any circumstance and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All participants must bring swimwear and a towel.

All bookings must be reconfirmed 48 hours in advance by contacting your tour provider directly using the contact information listed on your tour voucher.

Yes, we do have open dated/flexible tickets available. Most tour vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, however please be aware that you may be subject to supplier price fluctuations. All ticket validity is specified on the tour voucher. If you are unsure of the validity of your voucher, just ask one of our wonderful staff.
