Booking & Payment
A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the tour. Prices are per person and subject to change. Final payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within the required notice period may be eligible for a refund or credit at the operator’s discretion. Cancellations outside this window or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment. Happy Travels strongly recommends that all guests hold comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to travel plans.

Operator’s Right to Cancel
The operator reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather, water conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient passenger numbers. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Health & Fitness
Guests must be in reasonable physical health and capable of safely operating or riding a jetski. Any medical conditions, physical limitations, or injuries must be disclosed to the operator prior to or at check-in. The operator reserves the right to refuse participation on safety grounds.

Age & Weight Requirements
Minimum age and weight requirements apply to solo riders. Guests who do not meet these requirements may be eligible to ride pillion with an adult. Please confirm requirements at the time of booking.

Liability
All activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk. The operator holds all required licences and insurances. Guests may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to participation. The operator accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage caused by circumstances beyond their control.

• Closed-toe footwear is mandatory for all riders.
• The operator is not responsible for personal belongings not stored in provided lockers.
• Tours operate in light rain. Severe weather cancellations are at the operator’s discretion.
• The operator reserves the right to alter routes or itineraries at any time for safety or operational reasons.
• Wildlife sightings, including crocodiles, cannot be guaranteed.

No licence or prior experience is required at all! Your guide will run through everything you need to know in the safety briefing before you head out on the water.

Absolutely! The tour is designed for all experience levels. Your guide will lead at a pace that everyone is comfortable with, so there’s no need to worry if you’ve never ridden a jetski before.

Trinity Inlet is one of the best locations in Cairns to spot saltwater crocodiles in the wild, and sightings are common! That said, as with all wildlife experiences, sightings can never be 100% guaranteed as these are wild animals in their natural habitat.

Riders must meet minimum age and weight requirements. Passengers may ride as a pillion with an adult rider. Please contact us at the time of booking for specific requirements.

Yes! You can ride as a duo on one jetski if preferred, or each have your own for the full solo experience.

Tours operate in light rain as you’ll be getting wet anyway! In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we will reschedule or provide a full refund.
