Take off from Queenstown, and fly above the rugged backcountry of Central Otago, before heading westward to where the glacial fed rivers empty into Lake Wakatipu. Witness what the power of nature has created over the years, as you journey over two remarkable National Parks; Mt Aspiring and the world heritage listed Fiordland National Park.
On arrival in Milford Sound, join your purpose-built small boat for a comfortable two-hour cruise through one of the world’s natural wonders. Make your way out past the iconic Mitre Peak and cruise the length of the fiord while our skipper highlights points of interest along the way, including the mighty Bowen Falls, Lion Mountain, Copper Point, Seal Rock and Stirling Falls. Keep an eye out for wildlife that can be found in the region including seals, pods of dolphins and the rare Fiordland Crested Penguin (seasonal).
Complete your journey with a birds-eye view of the largely untouched region as you fly back over the Southern Alps and are welcomed to the incredibly blue Lake Wakatipu upon landing in Queenstown.
Please note infants for the Fly Cruise Fly experience are classed as 11kgs or under. If over this weight they will be charged the child price due to CAA legal requirements.

Child Policy:
Infants under 11kgs are Free of Charge (FOC) and are required to sit on an adults knee.
Infant / Child over 11kgs will require their own seat and will be charged a child price.
An infant / child is considered 0 – 14 years.
*Fly-Cruise-Heli incurs an Infant charge.
Minimum Numbers:
All flight options require a minimum of 3 adults. All coach options require a minimum of 6 passengers. Bookings will be accepted for numbers less than the required minimum number on the basis that bookings will be coordinated to achieve minimum numbers.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any booking that is cancelled or amended within 24 hours of departure will be charged in full.
Bookings that are cancelled or amended outside of 24 hours prior to departure can be done so at no charge.
Clients wanting to make changes are required to contact the Milford Sound Scenic Flights reservations by 6 pm the day prior to departure.
Our Covid-19 Conditions & Cancellation Policy
If you cannot travel because you are directly impacted by Covid-19 you will be offered the option to reschedule your booking or receive a full refund.
If we are required to move alert levels and reduce capacity or stop operating, you will be contacted by our team to organise a reschedule or refund.

There is definitely no wrong way. We recommend either taking a WHIMIT or Hop on Hop off bus pass such as Greyhound or renting a campervan with some mates and hitting the open road. If you feel like getting pretty adventurous and want to get amongst the true Australian terrain, a 4WD may be better suited for you. Enquire now and we can help you find the most suitable transport option.
