Collect your return ferry tickets from Townsville ferry terminal (it’s where the Greyhound and Premier buses stop). You just need to give them your name.

25-minute Sealink ferry to Townville
Base Magnetic Island operates 7 days per week
The 25-minute Sealink ferry departs just about every hour from Townsville, starting at around 05.30AM and finishing at around 10.30PM
Once you’re on the island, Base is a short public bus ride away – just jump on the bus heading towards Picnic Bay and tell one of the island’s friendly bus drivers you are heading to Base. They will drop you at your doorstep in Nelly Bay for $2.50.

The private tent rates are based per person, YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TENT AS THERE IS NO ON SITE TENT HIRE.
All bookings must be reconfirmed 48 hours in advance by contacting your tour provider directly using the contact information listed on your tour voucher.

Yes, we do have open dated/flexible tickets available. Most tour vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, however please be aware that you may be subject to supplier price fluctuations. All ticket validity is specified on the tour voucher. If you are unsure of the validity of your voucher, just ask one of our wonderful staff.
