Please note the following itinerary is for a 2 Day 2 Night Surf & Stay. Each additional day will include 1 extra night accommodation, 3 extra meals, and 1 extra surf lesson. These trips are available between 2 and 7 days.

Make your own way to The Wreck Surf Shop or Arts Factory Lodge to check in.
Start your first surf lesson that day or the following morning.
Your surf guides will check the conditions, inform you of the pick up time, and then come and collect you from your designated pick up point to take you for your lesson.
You will be taken to a carefully selected beach between Lennox Head & Ballina, depending on weather conditions.
Each surf lesson is approximately 3.5 hours round trip.
Daily free activities after lessons can include bongo lessons, didgeridoo making, bush tucker walks, reiki workshops, volleyball, basketball or just chill out by the pool or in the camp with your new friends. You can also use up your bike hire to explore the town and board hire to practice your surf skills (please note board and bike hire is subject to availability)
Spend the night chilling at the camp, or head out and about in town and enjoy Byron’s nightlife.

All Mojosurf customers must reconfirm their bookings with Mojosurf office 48 hours prior to start date. Mojosurf reserves the right to postpone or cancel any adventure due to any disaster of either a political or natural nature. These include, but are not limited to; bushfires, floods, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes,political unrest or humongous, gigantic waves. Mojosurf will not provide a refund in any of the above circumstances or if the customer changes their mind or their personal circumstances change. Mojosurf 100% surf guarantee only applies to lessons and training and this part will be refunded if Mojosurf fall short in their instructions. If the customer cancels a booking 31 days or more from the departure date there is a 25% cancellation fee*, within 30-0 days from departure no refund will be given. A $55 AUD fee is applicable for any date changes within 7 days of start date. This applies to all Australian products except for Byron Bay ½ Day Surf Adventures, Sydney Day Trip and Spot X Surf & Stays where Mojosurf will only charge if changed within 24 hours of start date. All products can be booked open dated although travel needs to commence within 12 months of the original booking date and Mojosurf recommends booking at least 14 days prior to commencement, subject to availability. Mojosurf recommends that all persons take out full comprehensive personal travel insurance (that includes surfing, evacuation and repatriation) as whilst all care is taken, Mojosurf are not responsible for injuries or medical expenses, personal accident, non-refundable tour costs, loss or damage of property/equipment whilst travelling on Mojosurf tours or undertaking a service/activity that Mojosurf, Mojosurf partners or third party operators contracted through Mojosurf, or other Mojosurf travellers recommend or include as part of our tour packages. We do not take responsibility for loss or damage of your personal property no matter how caused. All surfing participants must be able to swim for at least 50 metres unassisted. Mojosurf itineraries are subject to change. You must be at least 18 years old or over to join most trips, some locations allow bookings for 18 years and under but parental/guardian consent is required.

There is definitely no wrong way. We recommend either taking a WHIMIT or Hop on Hop off bus pass such as Greyhound or renting a campervan with some mates and hitting the open road. If you feel like getting pretty adventurous and want to get amongst the true Australian terrain, a 4WD may be better suited for you.
