This is two days of unmissable Far North Queensland magic. Explore the Atherton Tablelands with a swim in volcanic Lake Eacham, a wander beneath the ancient Curtain Fig Tree and a chase through five thundering waterfalls, before winding down at On the Wallaby Eco Lodge with an Aussie BBQ and Australia’s only Night Canoe.
Then it’s into the ancient Daintree Rainforest, hand-feeding rock wallabies at Granite Gorge, cruising for crocs on the Daintree River and swimming a secret rainforest waterfall by UTV at Cassowary Falls, before a beach stop to soak up the last of that tropical sunshine.
Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Fun, Falls & Forest
Meet in Cairns and head for the Atherton Tablelands, home to five waterfalls. Cool off in volcanic Lake Eacham, marvel at the ancient Curtain Fig Tree, and walk the rainforest trail to Malanda Falls before lunch at the Falls & Forest Café. Chase more falls at Millaa Millaa and Josephine, spotting platypus and tree kangaroos along the way, then settle into On the Wallaby Eco Lodge for an Aussie BBQ, Australia’s only Night Canoe across Lake Tinaroo, and a bonfire under the stars.
Accommodation: On the Wallaby Eco Lodge (dorm style, private room upgrades available)
Meals: Lunch, Dinner
Day 2: Dain-tree Hugger
After brekkie, hand-feed rock wallabies at Granite Gorge before heading into the Daintree, the world’s oldest tropical rainforest. Cruise the Daintree River spotting salties, then jump in a UTV for an exclusive Uncle Brian’s-only creek splash and swim at hidden Cassowary Falls. Refuel with lunch, then hit a stunning beach for footy, hoola-hoops and a scenic sunset snap before heading back into Cairns, full of stories to tell.

Do I need to reconfirm my bookings?
All bookings must be reconfirmed 48 hours in advance by contacting your tour provider directly using the contact information listed on your tour voucher.
What should I do if my trip is cancelled due to bad weather?

Do you book tours with flexible dates? If so, how long are they valid for?
Yes, we do have open dated/flexible tickets available. Most tour vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, however please be aware that you may be subject to supplier price fluctuations. All ticket validity is specified on the tour voucher. If you are unsure of the validity of your voucher, just ask one of our wonderful staff.
