Find yourself discovering Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, by foot and rickshaw, tasting the incredible street food and learning about Vietnamese culture. A visit to Vietnam would not be complete without a boat trip to the world-famous Ha Long Bay, topping it off by going kayaking through caves. Soon after you will find yourself surrounded by rice paddies in Ninh Binh where you will get to experience a local homestay. While you are in Ninh Binh, you won’t want to miss out on the iconic Dragon Mountain View Point before continuing to Hoi An. Hoi An is known for its numerous historical sites, lively streets and markets, and vibrant nightlife. Local fishermen will show you the ropes on how to crab fish and in the afternoon, you will learn how to cook traditional Vietnamese food, so you can take a piece of Vietnam home with you. When you land in Hanoi after your long flight your amazing guide will be at the airport to meet you and take you to your accommodation. You’ll have plenty of time to recover from your flight, chill out and meet everyone in your group.
Discover what makes the chaotic capital of Vietnam so special with a walking and rickshaw tour of the city. Experience the bustling streets, fascinating culture and delicious street food. Then, head out for dinner and experience some of Hanoi’s best nightlife!
Experience the stunning natural wonder of Ha Long Bay as you cruise on beautiful emerald green waters through towering limestone mountains topped with rainforest. Go kayaking through caves and enjoy some drinks aboard your overnight boat!
Today you’ll head south to the beautiful countryside of Ninh Binh, a landscape of endless rice paddies and epic limestone mountains. Check in to your unique and amazing local homestay, relaxing in private riverside bungalows for the evening.
Today you’ll explore magical Ninh Binh. Take a bike ride through the rice paddies and then a local row boat along a network of rivers and caves. You’ll then tackle the iconic Dragon Mountain Viewpoint before boarding the overnight train south to Hoi An.
In the morning you’ll arrive in Hoi An, one of the most beautiful and fascinating towns in Vietnam. You’ll have some time in the afternoon to chill out, go shopping or even get some clothes made!
Be guided through coconut groves by traditional fishermen while you try your hand at some crab fishing. You’ll then learn the secrets of preparing delicious Vietnamese food with a traditional cooking class.
This morning you’ll learn how to make lanterns. Then, hop on bicycles for a short ride to the beach for a chilled day at a beach club.
Your amazing adventure comes to an end. You can either check out and make your way home or continue your travels with the help and advice of your tour guide and the new friends you have made!

Yes, we do have open dated/flexible tickets available. Most tour vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, however please be aware that you may be subject to supplier price fluctuations. All ticket validity is specified on the tour voucher. If you are unsure of the validity of your voucher, just ask one of our wonderful staff.
Some tours have extra costs and you should be aware that there may be added expenses. These expenses will differ for each service provider, but some of the more usual extras are: EMC tax, stinger suit hire, luggage storage, sleeping bag hire, linen hire, national park fee, food, insurance, accommodation, equipment hire, petrol levy, etc. We will alert you to extra costs to the extent reasonably practicable. However, you must also check with each individual service provider when you re-confirm your booking.
We endorse the recommendation of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade that all travellers take out travel insurance. If you already have travel insurance, please understand that it is your responsibility to ensure that your travel insurance covers you for all of the adventure style travel you have booked with us.
Absolutely, we understand that paying off a big trip in one go isn’t always that easy. We offer flexible payment plans to suit all types of travellers with zero interest or fee’s (minimum $100AUD deposit required).
Most tour vouchers will specify if your trip is BYO however we recommend asking your tour provider if your trip is BYO when you reconfirm your booking 48 hours prior to departure.
